Eligibility
All youth participants must have parental or guardian consent to participate. Adult participants must be at least 18 years old. All players and parents/guardians agree to abide by league rules and uphold standards of sportsmanship.

Payment & Registration
Full payment is required before participation in any programs. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and acknowledgement of an electronic agreement to a waiver (for minors, this must be signed by a parent or guardian as per Google Form).

Insurance
All participants must carry their own health and injury insurance. Texas Football Club is not responsible for any injuries, medical expenses, or lost property incurred during participation.

Roster Requirements
Teams must comply with roster requirements as advised by the Club. 

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after registration.

Code of Conduct
Players, staff, and parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful behavior on and off the field. Texas Football Club reserves the right to suspend or remove any player, staff, team, or parent for misconduct.

Media Consent
By registering, players and parents/guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during games for promotional and marketing purposes.

Schedule Changes
Texas Football Club reserves the right to adjust game schedules, locations, and times if necessary. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.

Liability Waiver
Participants and, in the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians, release and hold harmless Texas Football Club, its organizers, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation.
